About DMI - Our Journey to Excellence

Our Beginning

Founded in 2009, by Erick Nieto and Tony Aguinaldo, DMI (originally Designer Moving Installations) began as a vision to elevate customer service in the logistics industry. With our extensive experience, we saw an opportunity to rejuvenate a struggling company. At the time, it was a small operation with just 2-3 deliveries a week, but we saw potential for so much more.

Our Evolution

We started as a furniture delivery service, also handling residential moves. However, our commitment to quality quickly caught the attention of interior designers. They entrusted us to handle their project installations, impressed by the care and pride we took in our work. Responding to growing demand, we opened our first warehouse, a modest 900 square feet space. Soon, we shifted our focus entirely to logistics for the interior design industry, stepping away from residential moves.

Our Growth

Our dedication to excellence meant rapid growth. Just two years later, we expanded our space by an additional 1500 square feet. After another five years of maximizing our limited space, we made a significant leap into a conventional warehouse of 25,000 square feet with 6 docks. We don’t intend to stop there.

From humble beginnings, we've grown into a leading logistics provider for the interior design industry here in Denver. Our journey reflects our commitment to excellence, innovation, and the unwavering care we put into every project.
