From Small Town to Big Dreams

Hi, I'm, Erick your regular small-town guy with big-city dreams. Hailing from eastern Colorado I swapped the slow pace for the fast pace in the city. Moving to Oklahoma I began working for a furniture company assembling furniture and assisting on the sales floor where I learned that customer service would go a long way. 

When  I'm not managing logistics for DMI, I'm the family man with a DIY streak or the guy who loves to spend quality time with loved ones. My journey into the furniture industry was paved by great and influential people who taught me that a job well done, and customer service should be first and foremost. 

It's all about being polite, understanding and having the right crew on board. My philosophy is to be respectful, honest, and empathetic, and the rest will follow. 

What's on the horizon? Think DMI bigger, better, and braver. I'm exploring warehouse expansions and dreaming up ways to innovate. 

For anyone starting, remember creativity and elbow grease go hand in hand. And Me? If I could turn back time, I'd take even more leaps of faith.
