As we step into 2025, we are thrilled to share an exciting project that has been a year in the making. Throughout 2024, our team at DMI Denver have been working tirelessly alongside a dedicated software development team to bring a revolutionary new inventory management system to life—a system designed specifically for the interior design logistics industry. As we get closer to the release of the new inventory management system, we would love to see you get excited. We listened as you told us what the biggest frustration with 3PL companies was, and it was an astounding determination that it was inventory management systems, or lack of.
Why We Started This Journey
In our years of experience as a trusted third-party logistics provider (16 years), we’ve seen firsthand the challenges that interior designers face in managing their inventory. From keeping track of multiple shipments to ensuring everything is accounted for during installations, the process can be overwhelming when coordinating with a 3rd party. We envisioned a solution that not only addresses these challenges but also feels intuitive and natural for designers to use.
As of now, there are very few public software specifically designed for this industry other than clunky “Moving and Storage” software which logistic companies makeshift to work in our industry which more times than not, leave the designer frustrated and weary.
